And call me crazy, but is it a coincidence that previews for Men in Trees with many many shots of Anne Heche (omgshe'sprettyandIshouldbeshot) are in every. single. commercial break. when Ellen's talk show is on? I don't know, because that's the only time I watch TV.

Got home from a long and partly sucky day at work to find a package in the mail. Inside the package was a lovely wrapped gift, and inside the paper was Ellen's the funny thing is... Yay!! Thank you so so much, sakuracorr!! You're very awesome!

So, THANK YOU, whoever makes the decision around here about which episodes of Ellen's talk show to air. Not. Emphatically NOT. Now, it's on here in the middle of the night, and I started taping it regularly a couple months ago, and in that time we've gone from early December -05 up until late January -06, then it went back to early January -06 again and went to late Jan, and now we're suddenly back to mid-December -05 (I think. It's got Marlee Matlin and Lindsay Lohan, and Marlee's not listed anywhere, but Lindsay's only December appearance was in -05. (Now, I'm not complaining about this particular show, I adore Marlee, and I missed it the first time around... it being on at 5am means it's sometimes gonna be on at 5:45 and sometimes at 4:10... which means the pre-set recorder doesn't always record when it's actually on)). Did they only buy those two months of shows??? Or what? Gah. I love the show, but since I gotta tape it to watch it anyway, I've already seen it several times if it's a really good one. I don't need the re-runs. Especially not twice over.
