Yi Qing? Hi! Mmmmm, it does sound very yummy... I use coconut milk in chicken stews a lot, and that's fantastic, but I'll have to try it in a curry.

I guess what I lack is a convenient implement to cut off the top with... bloody difficult! :P

Yup! Actually, I have an LJ account, but it's been so long since I used it that I've forgotten the password, haha.

This is where a large carving knife comes in handy eh :-)
