I've been reading up. See those little ticky boxes when you go to comment that lets you tick fb or twitter?? Yeah, those. They automatically post your posts or your comments to twitter. *Including* comments made on someone else's f-only post. Meaning if you leave a comment commenting on sensitive or private info, that comment is broadcast for all to see on their fb or twitter. And also there's some sort of pingback thing that sends you e-mails when someone links to a post of yours, and it also sends an e-mail to whomever when you link to their post, and that e-mail may or may not include lots of other parts of their post, which may or may not be relevant for the link, and which may or may not be f-locked. It's creepy and crazy. LJ says they're working on a fix, tho... IMHO they should have thought of that *before* the implemented the damn thing, instead of as an afterthought brought on my thousands of enraged users.
