So there was one thing that affected me enough to hit pause and write:

OMG OMG OMG OMFG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! MIKE!!!!!!! MIKE IS AT THE SAME TABLE AS JENNIFER BEALS AND LAUREL HOLLOMAN. And apparently he's there with Kelly. THERE ARE SO MANY THINGS WRONG WITH THIS!!!!!! And you know, one or two things right (and they're named Jennifer and Laurel). Starting with what's wrong, Kelly is definitely wrong, and so is his entire appearance. He looks like a sleaze bag. Ick. His shirt is dumb and his hair is weird, and he should shave better. He kind reminds me of what I imagined Mike would look like if Vicki hadn't returned at the end of Blood Pact. He looses his job, inherits a rich uncle, and has an ill-advised affair with a gold-digging Kelly who convinces him to come to LA and finance her new gallery. Vicki!! Come back!! (Mmmmmm, crossover...)

I loved Dylan and Helena's scene. I do think they might have benefited from a little more talking and a little less sexytimes on this their first time spent alone together since Dylan ran off in that car with Helena's money and dignity all those years ago, but eh. That said, it was a beautiful scene. Well-acted, well-directed, sexy... Helena's hesitation is completely understandable, but she's still crazy attracted to Dylan, like she was from the start, and Dylan has spent three years making up her mind and realizing that Helena is the love of her life (we'll see about that, and it worries me that Dylan wasn't in that scene at Bette & Tina's when Jenny dies, but I hope that means nothing, I so so want them to end up together). I love how they can't keep their hands off each other, and how they interact so comfortably with each other. When Helena finally breaks down and cries and says that she's scared (which could have been better timed to happen before you guys started having sex and were still talking about whatever the fuck you both want from this) she's still comfortable with Dylan so close, I mean, she's literally pinning her down, but Helena doesn't look uncomfortable with their closeness, and Dylan keeps touching her, and she doesn't flinch away. And that gives me hope. Gawd, I want them to en up together so badly.

I also loved the beginning of the episode, because there was a lot of Bette and Tina in it, which made me happy, and Helena was there as well, which made me more happy. I still want to kill Jenny just as much as Alice and Nikki do in this episode. RUN SHANE RUN.

It was amusing how they had popcorn when they were watching Dylan and Nikki, but I sort of wished Helena would have told her it was a test. Starting over with a clean slate, and all that. But I guess I can understand Helena being scared and hesitant and all that.

3 episodes to go. And it feels like the storylines have barely gotten started... Why would they pass on a full 12/13-ep season and only go for 8? Argh.

eta: Also, good on Kit for getting the cameras working again while everyone else was freaking out. She can't work text messages on her phone, but she can work technology when she wants to.
